Rajiv Surendranath

Rajiv Surendranath currently serves as the SVP of Business Growth & Operations at Truetech since April 2025. Prior to this role, Rajiv held key positions such as Sr. Director of Client Relationship at Cubestech Ltd from October 2022 to February 2025 and Associate Director of Recruitment at Xebia from September 2021 to July 2022. Previous experience includes serving as AVP of Delivery & Key Accounts at TrueTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and Head of Delivery (IT Staffing & Recruitment) at TMI Network. Rajiv has also worked in various managerial roles across multiple companies, specializing in IT recruitment, client acquisition, and training delivery. Rajiv holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from TNOU, earned between 2004 and 2006.
