Sophie Cravello

Sophie Cravello possesses extensive experience in the fields of quality assurance, customer relations, and project management, with a focus on e-commerce and web development. Currently serving as Chargée d’Assurance Qualité Fonctionnelle and eMerchandiser - CRO at TRUFFAUT since April 2015, Sophie is responsible for optimizing website ergonomics and enhancing product visibility to boost sales. Previous roles include Chargée de Relation Clientèle Multicanal at TRUFFAUT, where responsibilities encompassed client conflict resolution and multichannel customer service management. Prior to TRUFFAUT, Sophie held various positions, including Chef de projet web at FTB and Chargée de Communication at TOTAL. Sophie's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Communication from ISEFAC and a Licence Professionelle in Communication from Université Marne-la-Vallée.
