Doug Holden

Doug Holden is currently a Senior IT Engineer at Truffle Security. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Information Services Engineer at Cruise from July 2018 to January 2022. There, they provided desktop technical support for Mac, Windows, and Linux software and hardware, managed and supported the technical service ticket queue, supported clients in audio and video technologies, and provided project-based options for hardware and software needs. From March 2018 to July 2018, Doug Holden worked as an IT Support Specialist at HelloSign. There, they maintained Apple’s standards around accuracy and operational excellence, managed and met multiple inventory deadlines each week, performed problem solving tasks in an ever changing environment, researched and communicated out around variances in product or parts, led a team of specialists to receive, manage, and deliver product in a timely and accurate fashion, strategically scheduled to maintain an effective and positive team, developed members of backstage team around strengths and opportunities using Exchange Journal, and communicated and informed the store team of new products and accessories.

Doug Holden reports to Dustin Decker, CTO. They are on a team with Hon Kwok - Senior Product Engineer, Steve McCarthy - Senior Product Backend Engineer, and Sam Atkins - Senior Product Engineer.
