Erin Damiano has extensive work experience in research and development within the food industry. Erin started their career at DelMonte Foods as a Food Technologist in Quality Assurance for pet products from 2004 to 2006. Erin then transitioned to the role of Food Technologist II in R&D New Innovations from 2006 to 2008. Erin joined Bakery Barn in 2008 as a Senior R&D Manager and later moved to Bay Valley Foods as a Senior Food Scientist in Innovation R&D from 2011 to 2013. Currently, Erin holds the position of Vice President of Research and Development at TruFoodMfg since October 2022.

Erin Damiano studied at Pennsylvania State University - State College Campus from 2000 to 2004. However, the field of study or degree obtained during this period is not specified.
