Jamie Damico

Jamie Damico has over 18 years of experience in human resources. Jamie is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at TruFoodMfg, a position they have held since October 2019. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Highmark Health from February 2017 to October 2019. Jamie also served as the Manager of Human Resources at Gatan, Inc. from August 2013 to February 2017 and at Harsco Corporation from November 2007 to August 2013. Before that, they were the Director of Human Resources at IPEC Global, Inc. from August 2005 to November 2007. Jamie began their career as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist at Corrpro Companies, Inc. from May 2001 to August 2005.

Jamie Damico has a strong educational background in the field of Human Resource Management. In 1995, Jamie completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from John Carroll University. Continuing their education, from 2007 to 2009, Jamie pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resource Management from La Roche University.

In addition to their academic achievements, Jamie also holds several certifications in the field. In 2013, Jamie obtained the Professional in Human Resources- California (PHRca®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. They also obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from SHRM in the same year.
