Khushboo Sethiya

Khushboo Sethiya has work experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager at TRUGlobal since 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Team Lead at Destar Inc from 2016 to 2017. From 2015 to 2016, they were employed as a Sr.IT Recruiter at SwaBz Info Systems Pvt Ltd and acted as a Team Lead for a four-member team. Their earliest work experience was as a Marketing Manager & HR Recruiter at Jaideep Group from 2012 to 2015, where they managed the recruiting process, coordinated with clients and candidates, handled walk-ins and referral programs, and participated in campus hiring for interns and freshers.

Khushboo Sethiya obtained a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from MIT Mandsaur, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management and Services at Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies from 2014 to 2016.
