Nyjil N began their work experience in 2007 at Dell International Services, where they held various roles including Inside Sales Consultant, Service Consultant, and Services Consultant. Nyjil then joined TRUGlobal, Inc in 2009 as an HR employee and later became a Sr IT Recruiter in 2010. At TRUGlobal, they were responsible for understanding client requirements and delivering high-quality IT solutions.

Nyjil N started their education in 2000 at KNEHS, where they pursued a Masters degree in Electronics. Nyjil attended this institution until 2004. Following this, from 2004 to 2008, they studied at AIT, majoring in Electronics and earning a Bachelor's degree.
