Brandon Shaw

Brandon Shaw is an accomplished General Manager with extensive experience in full P&L and CapEx ownership across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager IV at TruGreen since July 2022, Brandon oversees a $13 million multi-location business unit catering to 15,000 customers, managing multiple service lines, sales, HR, fleet maintenance, and customer service within a matrix environment. Prior to this role, Brandon spent nearly a decade at Aramark Uniform Services, progressing from District Manager to Assistant General Manager and ultimately General Manager, where responsibilities included the oversight of a $12 million business unit and daily operations involving numerous personnel and a large customer base. Earlier experience includes a position as Route Sales & Service Representative at Heritage-Crystal Clean LLC and Teller Supervisor at BOK Financial. Brandon holds a degree from the University of Central Oklahoma.
