Tomasz Dakowski

General Manager for B2C at Netia SA

He was appointed to the Management Board of Netia S.A. on 29 August 2017. He has been associated with the company since June 1, 2017, when he took the position of General Director of the B2C Market.

Tomasz Dakowski has nearly 20 years of commercial experience in the telecommunications and transport industries, both on the B2C and B2B markets. For over 12 years he held managerial and directorial positions in the B2C sales area at the current Orange Polska. He was responsible m.in for the implementation of a new indirect sales model, and also managed the rebranding project from Idea to Orange in the sales area. In the following years, he managed the global sales and customer service structure at LOT Polish Airlines, m.in restructuring of LOT's retail network in the world and commercial implementation of the national carrier Dreamliner in the fleet.

In the years 2013 – 2017, he transformed and developed sales and retention of B2C customers in the rank of Sales Director, and then Member of the Management Board of UPC Polska. He is a co-creator of the strategy of doubling the network coverage of this operator.

He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and a number of industry and management courses, m.in: at INSEAD in Fointableau, IMD in Lausanne, CranfieldUniversity, Ashridge School of Business and Ecole de Gestion in Lyon.
