Kevin Mann

Kevin Mann is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance, ethics, and compliance. Currently serving as Sr Vice President, Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary at TruGreen since November 2013, Kevin has played a pivotal role in the company's transition following its separation from ServiceMaster. Prior to this role, Kevin was the Chief Ethics and Business Conduct Officer at ServiceMaster, where responsibilities included developing an ethics and compliance program after a criminal consent decree. Previous positions include Ethics Officer at Lennox International, Associate General Counsel and Deputy Compliance Officer at Evonik, and Unit Chief for Environmental Crimes at the Office of the Arizona Attorney General. Kevin holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of San Diego School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemistry & Biology from Grand Canyon University.
