Melissa Farmer

Melissa Farmer is an experienced underwriting professional with a strong background in loan underwriting and management. Currently serving as Underwriting Manager at TruHome Solutions, LLC since January 2013, Melissa oversees a team of seven underwriters, manages the underwriting loan pipeline, and acts as a resource for loan officers and processors on various scenarios. Prior experience includes a similar role at LeaderOne Financial, where Melissa worked from September 2002 to January 2013, gaining recognition as Operations Employee of the Month in February 2012. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia and possesses designations as a VA underwriter and DE underwriter.
