Alexis Kirkland

Alexis Kirkland serves as the Assistant Vice President of Workforce Management at Truist since February 2020, where responsibilities include project demand management, data accuracy, and resource allocation for over 1,360 employees. Previously held the role of Workforce Management Analyst at the same organization, managing similar tasks and supporting project management teams. In addition, Alexis operates as a Photographer/Videographer under Portraits by Alexis Rayne since January 2017, specializing in portraiture and engaging with clients. Prior experience includes roles at Sheetz, Media Services, Passion Pictures, and the Odyssey Scholars Program, demonstrating a strong background in customer service, leadership, and event management. Alexis holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Cinema & Television Arts from Elon University, earned in 2019.
