Allie Woody has extensive experience in compensation design and human resources, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Director of Compensation Design at Truist since February 2021. Prior roles at Truist included Senior Manager of Compensation Design and Enablement and Senior Total Rewards Manager. Previously, Allie Woody worked at Wells Fargo from July 2013 to February 2021 as VP, Compensation Senior Consultant, focusing on Total Compensation Design, and as VP, Compensation Consultant for Wholesale Banking.
