Antonio Rodriguez

Antonio Rodriguez is an accomplished professional in technical services and support within the finance and higher education sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and Technical Services Group Manager for Treasury & Payment Solutions at Truist since December 2019, Antonio previously held the same title at SunTrust Bank from May 2014 to December 2019, focusing on technical support for online products. Prior experience includes being the Director/GM of Help Desk Services at Ellucian from February 2008 to November 2013, where strategic leadership in service delivery was provided to higher education clients. Antonio also managed an IT contact center at SunGard Higher Education from November 2003 to February 2008, overseeing a large team to ensure 24/7 technology support across numerous universities.
