Beth Lehman

Beth Lehman currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Capital Enablement Officer at Truist, a position held since December 2019, and has previously held various leadership roles within the organization, including EVP, Head of Transformation for the Corporate and Institutional Group, and SVP of Incentive Compensation and Performance Enablement. Prior to joining Truist, Beth Lehman had an extensive career at SunTrust from June 2005 to December 2019, where positions included SVP of Legal Operations Executive and GVP of Human Resources Business Partner Team Lead for Corporate and Investment Banking, providing strategic HR guidance to senior leadership. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business, obtained in 2005.
