Cicely Johnson

Cicely Johnson, CRCM, currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Branch Banking, Digital, Customer Experience, and Marketing Controls at Truist since January 2025. Previously, Cicely held the position of Senior Vice President and Control Management Director at Wells Fargo, where responsibilities included developing sustainable risk management practices for multiple lines of business. With a strong background in compliance and risk management, Cicely has also worked as Director of Banking Compliance at USAA, Director of Credit Card Compliance at Fiserv, and held various compliance roles at Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and JPMorgan Chase. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctorate from St. Mary's University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
