Jess Forero

Jess Forero is the Director of Enterprise Talent Management and Executive Practices at one of the largest financial institutions in Charlotte, North Carolina. With over 20 years of experience in financial services, Jess leads strategies focused on performance management, succession planning, and executive recruiting. Prior to this role, Jess served as the Senior Vice President, Teammate Relations Practice Leader at SunTrust Bank, where they developed comprehensive employee relations programs. Jess also held leadership positions at United Rentals and Extended Stay America, managing HR services across multiple states. They earned their education at Nova Southeastern University.
