Kelly Entas

Kelly Entas is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in third party risk management and procurement. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Head of Third Party and Change Risk Management at Truist from August 2023 to August 2025, Kelly leads a team focused on policy development, program guidance, and independent oversight of the Third Party ecosystem. Prior to this role, Kelly held prominent positions at Wells Fargo, including Third Party Program Executive and Procure to Pay Executive, overseeing a global team of over 250 and managing significant program processes and expenditures. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Bank of America as Senior Vice President, where responsibilities included global procurement and third party risk oversight, as well as sourcing management for a $15 billion annual spend. Kelly's career commenced at Solectron Technology in various supply chain roles, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
