Keshia Vaughn

Keshia (Nesby) Vaughn is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in risk and compliance management, internal audit, and process improvement. Currently serving as Chief Ethics Officer and Executive Vice President at Truist since December 2019, Keshia has held various leadership roles including Chief Risk Officer for HR & Legal and BU Chief Risk Officer for HR, Legal, and Public Affairs. Prior experience includes the position of HR Operational Risk Management Director at SunTrust and over 14 years at Deloitte in talent deployment, resource management, and advisory services. Keshia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
