Margaret Bergman

Margaret Bergman is a seasoned risk management professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as the Business Unit Chief Risk Officer at Truist since June 2025, Margaret previously held a significant role at PNC from November 2011 to June 2025 as the Risk and Control Director, SVP of Operational Risk Management, overseeing the execution of the Operational Risk Management Framework. Prior to this, Margaret contributed to PNC Bank from May 2003 to November 2011 in various capacities, including Regulatory Risk Manager and Senior Corporate Risk Project Manager, focusing on operational risk guidance and the development of risk management methodologies. Margaret holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from La Roche University.
