Mark Guile

Mark Guile is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate and leveraged finance. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Credit Team Lead at Truist since November 2022, Mark specializes in underwriting and portfolio management within the Commercial Community Bank, focusing on strategic capital solutions for middle-market transactions. Previously, Mark held the position of Director at Regions Bank from January 2019 to November 2022, where responsibilities included evaluating and managing a portfolio exceeding $1 billion in corporate loans. Mark's earlier career includes roles as Vice President at Wells Fargo Securities, where expertise in high-yield credit analysis was developed, and as a Product Analyst at Citi, focusing on audit and risk review in fixed income capital markets. Mark holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, alongside educational experience at Phillips Academy.
