Mary-Crawford Taylor

Mary-Crawford Taylor serves as the Executive Vice President and Head of Industry Specialty in Commercial and Corporate Banking at Truist, a position held since December 2019. Taylor leads a team of industry experts focused on enhancing the sales process and underwriting approaches with tailored industry-specific solutions. Prior to this role, Taylor spent eight years at SunTrust in various leadership positions, including Head of Industry Specialty and Head of Tax Exempt Strategy and Solutions, where strategic initiatives were driven in partnership with local bankers. Previous experiences include roles in derivative sales, capital markets originations, and corporate energy at SunTrust Bank, beginning in 1997. Taylor holds a BA in Economics and Business from Vanderbilt University and has additional educational experience from Syracuse University London Centre.
