Michael Eads

Michael Eads is an accomplished senior leader in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the SVP and Head of Talent for Truist Wholesale since March 2005. With extensive experience in leading diverse teams and developing effective hiring and learning strategies, Eads has held various senior leadership roles at Truist, including SVP, Director of Talent Acquisition, and SVP, Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to joining Truist, Eads gained significant experience at Insperity, VMG Recruiting, and Watkins Motor Lines. Eads holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of South Florida.
