Nathan Kennedy

Nathan Kennedy has extensive experience in the banking sector, predominantly in commercial real estate. From December 2019 to June 2022, Nathan served as Senior Vice President in both Relationship Management and Underwriting/Portfolio Management at Truist. Prior to that, Nathan spent a decade at BB&T, holding the position of Senior Vice President in Commercial Credit Underwriting and previously serving as Vice President in the Acquired Assets Group. Nathan began a career in banking at Colonial Bank, where roles included Assistant Vice President in Commercial Real Estate Lending and Real Estate Capital Markets. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Finance, both earned from Troy University.
