Rich Dye

Rich Dye is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology and operations management. Currently serving as the Head of Vulnerability Management and Data Protection at Truist since May 2020, Rich has also held leadership roles in Identity Access Management, Client Identity Access Management, and Enterprise Platform Engineering & Operations. Key achievements include leading the infrastructure aspect of the merger between SunTrust and BB&T, overseeing P&L responsibilities, and managing complex programs related to technology and operations consolidation. Prior to Truist, Rich held senior positions at IBM, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Bank of America, and Accenture. Rich holds an MBA in Management from Clemson University and a BS in Finance from Providence College.
