Rodney Baucom

Rodney Baucom is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and IT delivery, currently serving as Vice President and Software Engineer III at Truist since February 2019. Previously, Rodney held multiple roles at BB&T from March 2014 to February 2019, including Assistant Vice President positions in software engineering and information systems. Rodney’s experience also includes a tenure at Bank of America as a Business Support Lead II, along with roles at TurboCare, Hanesbrands Inc., KURZ Transfer Products, and Funder America, Inc., where significant contributions in quality management and production planning were made. Rodney holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from High Point University, graduating summa cum laude, and an education background from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
