Winston Bruce

Winston Bruce possesses extensive experience in banking and financial services, particularly in Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) compliance and data governance. At Truist, from May 2020 to June 2022, Winston served as SVP and Managing Director of CRA Data & Technology, leading innovations in CRA reporting and data governance to support the bank’s objectives. Prior to Truist, Winston held the role of SVP and Director of CRA Data & Technology at BB&T, where oversight of CRA processes and data collection aligned with regulatory compliance was paramount. Additional roles at BB&T included CRA Small Business Data Governance Manager and Commercial Portfolio Risk Officer, focusing on regulatory change and compliance management. Early career experiences also include operations management at Spruce: Services & Solutions and accounting administration at Boyne Resorts. Winston earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
