Carver Smith is an accomplished Managing Partner at Truity Partners, a role maintained since February 2010, specializing in executive search and recruitment within the fields of accounting, finance, tax, and HR. With a strong commitment to trust and integrity, Carver emphasizes the importance of quality service to both candidates and clients. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President at Wegner and Associates, Director of Recruiting at Strong Capital Management, and National Director of Recruiting at Arthur Andersen.
