Jatindar Kumar - MBA HRM

Jatindar Kumar - MBA HRM has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jatindar started their career as a Human Resources Intern at SUI SOUTHERN GAS COMPANY LIMITED in 2009. Jatindar then worked as a Human Resource Officer at the College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan in 2010. Later that year, they joined Catholic Relief Services as a Field Support Officer (HR & Administration). In 2011, they moved on to the Energy Department, Government of Sindh, where they served as an Assistant Manager Admin/HR until 2016.

From 2017 to 2021, Jatindar Kumar worked at The Hub Power Company Limited (HUBCO) as a Senior Officer Administration. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing recruitment, implementing HR policies and procedures, planning rotations and travel arrangements for site-based employees, and supporting the corporate HR and Admin and legal teams in Thar site matters.

In 2021, Jatindar Kumar joined Changan Pakistan as an Assistant Manager HR & Administration. Jatindar dealt with Human Resource & IR Issues, ensured the implementation of company policies, and maintained close coordination with the HSE team to ensure a safe work environment.

Currently, Jatindar Kumar is working at Trukkr as a Human Resources Manager. In this role, they act as the point of contact for employees and external customers, runs employee relations and performance programs, and liaises with senior management to build strategic plans from an HR and Administration perspective.

Jatindar Kumar completed their MBA in Human Resource Management from IBA, University of Sindh, Hyderabad, Pakistan from 2008 to 2009. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Mindfulness and Six Sigma Foundations from LinkedIn in July 2018.
