Currently serving as the Closing Manager at Truland Homes since May 2021, Kathy has also held the position of Executive Assistant at Oak Hall Companies/TerraCraft Homes LLC since February 2014, demonstrating a long-term commitment to residential developments. Prior to these roles, Kathy accumulated valuable experience as an Estimating Assistant at Rand Construction, and as an Executive Assistant at Hedgewood Properties. Kathy began their career as a Project Assistant at WH Bass Construction. Kathy's diverse background and ongoing engagement in the residential market highlight a strong readiness for upcoming opportunities.
