Tejas Shastry has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Tejas is currently the Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer at Truleo since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Strategic Advisor at VoxSmart from September 2021 to December 2022.

Tejas also co-founded GK (GreenKey) in 2016, where they developed a highly advanced natural language processing (NLP) platform for global financial institutions. The company was later acquired by VoxSmart.

Before that, they co-founded Stryde Technologies in 2014 and served as a Co-Founder until December 2020. Additionally, they were involved in founding AMPY in 2013, a company pioneering wearable motion charging for consumer devices, which was later acquired in 2016.

During their time at Northwestern University, Tejas also had an opportunity to attend the Technical University of Munich for a short period in 2010, although it is unclear if they obtained a degree or pursued any specific field of study during this time. Following the completion of their bachelor's degree, Tejas went on to further their education at Northwestern University, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Materials Science and Engineering in 2016.
