Cody Young

Cody Young is a seasoned professional in business planning and supply chain management with extensive experience across multiple roles in the industry. As the Director of Business Planning at Trulieve since August 2019, Cody manages a team responsible for demand and supply plans across seven markets, leading initiatives such as the revamp of the S&OP process and implementing new planning software. Previously, Cody held positions at Trulieve as Senior Manager of Business Planning and Master Planner, focusing on national processes and improving supply chain efficiency. Additional experience includes roles at Nortek Security & Control and GTO Access Systems, where Cody successfully led demand planning, inventory management, and logistics operations. Cody holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from Florida State University.
