Emily B.r. Rodriguez

Emily B.R. Rodriguez is an experienced communications and advocacy strategist currently working at Protect Democracy since April 2020. Rodriguez also serves as a political partner at the Truman National Security Project since 2013. Previous roles include director of communications at Bertelsmann Foundation North America, senior government relations and communications manager at the National Democratic Institute, and political and communications director at PASNAP. Early career experiences included positions as an international media consultant at Meltwater News, legislative assistant at the Pennsylvania State Senate, and communications specialist at Samusocial International. Rodriguez holds a Master's degree in International Development from Sciences Po and a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from American University, with additional studies at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and John Cabot University.
