Kelly Botti

Senior Vice President, Chief Risk Officer and Corporate Counsel, Kelly Botti oversees TruMark Financial’s enterprise risk management program and is responsible for the fraud, legal, collections, and compliance areas of the credit union.

Botti graduated from Loyola University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Communications. She received her Juris Doctorate from the Villanova University School of Law and is licensed to practice law in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Botti frequently collaborates as an author on regulatory and compliance changes and is often asked to speak at seminars and conferences on compliance and risk management issues. She also sits on the National Association of State Credit Unions Legislative and Regulatory Affairs Committee as well as the Special Inter-State Credit Union Task Force.
