Jessica Whaley

Jessica Whaley is an experienced professional in project management and economic development, currently serving as Assistant Project Manager at Trumark Homes since May 2021 and as Development Associate at Trumark Urban since January 2017. Previous roles include Associate Director of Economic Development at the Downtown Center Business Improvement District, where Jessica managed campaigns to attract businesses and residents to Downtown Los Angeles, and Managing Director at Central City East Association. Jessica also led the Culver City Downtown Business Association and managed multiple districts at Urban Place Consulting Group. With a master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and dual bachelor's degrees in Environmental Studies and English Literature from UC Santa Barbara, Jessica has a strong educational background complementing extensive experience in various leadership roles.
