Sandy Richert

Sandy Richert has extensive experience in the real estate industry, starting with their role as a Sr. Sales Associate at Centex Homes from 1993 to 2002. Sandy then joined Pulte Homes, where they held various positions, including Sales Professional and General Sales Manager. In these roles, Sandy helped individuals and families achieve homeownership and managed sales operations in different communities. Sandy also served as a Pulte Group Certified Field Trainer, providing training for newly hired sales professionals. Sandy's most recent positions include Sales Professional at Meritage Homes and Director of Sales and VP of Sales and Marketing at Trumark Homes, where they were responsible for recruitment, training, general management, meeting sales goals, and improving processes for the sales teams.

Sandy Richert attended Diablo Valley College from 1980 to 1985, earning an AA degree in general studies with a focus on Computer Science.
