Ryan Cachia

Ryan Cachia is a financial services executive with leadership experience across banking and payments. They currently serve as Chief Executive Officer of Trumia. They previously held the role of Executive Director and CFO at Trust Payments Malta from 2023 to 2025, and during 2018-2019 held multiple roles at Trust Payments including Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer. Their earlier career includes positions such as Finance Manager at NBG Bank Malta Limited (2009-2013), Head of Finance at PayMix Limited (2015-2017), and CFO at Insignia Cards Limited (2013-2015), where they built a finance team and implemented an Issuing and Acquiring Credit Card System to issue Visa-branded cards locally and internationally. They earned a BSc (Hons) in Banking and Finance from The University of Manchester (2007-2010) and are currently pursuing Accounting and Finance at the University of Malta.
