Chetan Kabu

Chetan Kabu has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Starting as a Graduate Trainee at Indian Seamless Steels & Alloys Ltd., they gained industry knowledge and then progressed to roles such as Java Developer at Shivam Software Solutions and Software Engineer at Differential Technologies Ltd. In 2003, they joined Capgemini Engineering as a Senior Engineering Project Manager, where they managed P&L across key accounts and geographies and led various projects. During their time at Capgemini, they also built the Microsoft ODC of Aricent and transitioned multiple vendor staffing programs of the XBOX One division. After leaving Capgemini in 2015, Chetan became the CTO at RationalHeads Technologies, where they were responsible for product development and user retention through technical initiatives. Chetan then worked as a Technical Consultant for Product Development at YOYO Holdings Pte. Ltd., assisting the company in enhancing their market presence in Indonesia. In 2017, Chetan joined Impiger Technologies, Inc. as a Technical Consultant for Business Development & Pre-Sales, where they consulted the company in increasing their business and initiating new business with major clients. Most recently, in 2018, they became the Vice President of Engineering at Truminds Software Systems, where they played a pivotal role in building the Digital vertical from scratch and managing multiple accounts in the US and APAC region. Chetan Kabu has a proven track record of driving growth, client management, and delivering innovative solutions throughout their career.

Chetan Kabu completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Metallurgical Engineering from COEP Technological University, from 1995 to 1999. Chetan then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Strategy and Marketing at the Indian Institute of Management Raipur, starting in 2021 and expected to finish in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Chetan Kabu obtained certifications in various fields. Chetan received a certification from EquityLevers Finance Lab in August 2021, and in 2001, they became an IBM Certified Websphere Studio 3.0 Solution Expert. Chetan also completed certificate courses in Java and Advanced Java Technologies from HFML Infotech, although the specific dates of completion are not provided.
