Santosh Xavier

Santosh Xavier is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple software companies. Currently serving as Vice President at Truminds Software Systems since April 2019, Santosh has previously held key positions including Vice President Engineering at Aricent and Senior Vice President & Head of Wireless Software Division at SmartPlay Technologies. Notably, Santosh established Teleca in India, where the team grew to over 400 members, and led global software delivery for Sasken Technologies' Handset Business Unit, managing an 800+ strong team. Santosh's educational background includes a Master of Computer Applications from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, and a Master in Psychology (Clinical) from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
