Franklin Barrios

Franklin Barrios is an experienced professional with a background in management and operations. Currently serving as the Center Operation Supervisor at Trumpet Behavioral Health since May 2023, Franklin is responsible for overseeing complex construction projects, managing tight schedules and budgets, and addressing unforeseen challenges. Previously, as an Onboarding Coordinator, Franklin monitored onboarding progress and managed documentation for new hires. From August 2022 to May 2023, Franklin worked as an Administrator at The Grove at Oakleaf Village, a memory care facility dedicated to supporting individuals with dementia and Alzheimer’s. Franklin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Toledo, earned in 2022.
