Kevin has over two decades of experience in process optimization, lean business techniques, and creating technology tools that allow people to enjoy their work by eliminating mundane, not-so-fun tasks. Kevin's specialty is thinking about things sideways, finding deeper truths in systems and processes, and then coming up with non-obvious, yet beautiful, solutions to challenges. His latest passion is developing strategies for helping organizations establish a Culture of Continuous Improvement so growth and operational excellence occur simultaneously. When he's not busy helping the Trumpet team innovate, Kevin enjoys taking long (really long) bike rides and exploring the less traveled paths around Arizona and Colorado.
