John Eitel

John Eitel is a seasoned sales professional and advisor with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as an advisor for Trumpet, Evergrowth, and Colossyan since 2023 and 2022 respectively, Eitel focuses on enhancing B2B sales operations and leveraging AI for improved targeting and personalization. Eitel previously held the position of Chief Sales Officer at Demandbase from 2023 to 2024 and advised OpenView's portfolio companies on growth strategies until December 2023. Eitel's prior roles include Global VP of Sales & Success at Canva and Senior VP of Global Sales at WP Engine, among others, with a career foundation at Rackspace Technology. Eitel holds a Bachelor of Science from The University of Texas at Austin, an Executive MBA from the University of the Incarnate Word, and has completed a semester abroad in Spanish Language and Literature at Universidad de Salamanca.
