Robert Crump

Robert Crump is an experienced Automation System Support Engineer at TRUMPF North America since September 2014, providing remote and technical support for Automation and Storage systems. Previously, Robert served as a Field Service Engineer, where responsibilities included installing and troubleshooting automation systems, laser machines, and CNC machinery, along with repairing diverse mechanical and electrical systems. From September 2005 to September 2014, Robert was a Fire Control Repairer Supervisor in the US Army, overseeing a team of ten to twelve employees while providing mentorship and hands-on training. Robert also worked as a 91G Fire Control Repairer, utilizing advanced electronic test equipment for troubleshooting and diagnostics. Robert holds an Advanced Regents High School diploma from Brasher Falls Central School, earned between 2001 and 2005.
