Holger Röder

Holger Röder is an accomplished professional in the field of software engineering and digital solutions, currently serving as the Head of R&D Digital Solutions at TRUMPF since October 2023. Prior to this role, Holger was the CEO and Co-Founder of ScaleNC from August 2020 to September 2023. Holger has held various pivotal positions at TRUMPF, including Head of Programming Platform (CAD/CAM) and Chief Product Owner for TruConnect Software between March 2012 and August 2020. Academic experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at Universität Stuttgart, with a focus on Requirements Engineering and Usability Engineering from 2006 to 2012. Holger is also the founder of uprise Software & Services, established in 1999, which provided web programming and IT infrastructure services. Education includes a Dr. rer. nat. in Informatik from the University of Stuttgart and participation in the Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership program at MIT Sloan Executive Education since July 2023.
