Michael Chott

Michael Chott serves as a Finance Business Partner in the Sales & Service Laser Technology department at TRUMPF since August 2021, overseeing international markets and conducting business analyses and investment evaluations. Previously, positions included Corporate Financial Controller focusing on BI Reporting, where Michael contributed to the development of standardized dashboards and optimized reporting processes. As the Strategic Subsidiary and Divisional Controller for Laser Technology, responsibilities included analyzing budgets and preparing decision-making analyses for management. Prior experience at MAHLE as a Global R&D Controller involved preparing reports and conducting financial analyses utilizing various tools, while internships at Daimler AG provided foundational experience in controlling and procurement. Michael Chott holds a Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance & Controlling from Hochschule Fulda and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from SRH University, complemented by studies at Zhejiang University of Science & Technology.
