Ashleigh Jones is an experienced professional with a strong background in sales and leadership within the fashion industry. Currently serving as the Learning and Leadership Manager at Nordstrom, Ashleigh manages a team of trainers dedicated to supporting new hires and existing employees across various departments. In addition, Ashleigh has been with Nordstrom Trunk Club since April 2014, where roles have included Digital Sales Manager, Director of Sales, and Senior Stylist & Custom Specialist. Achievements include leading a top-performing team that generated over 13 million in revenue.
