Wiepke Dijkstra

Wiepke Dijkstra has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. They currently hold the position of Operations Manager at Trunkrs, starting in August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at FedEx as a Senior Industrial Engineer from May 2019 to August 2021, where they were responsible for aligning multiple country networks into a single planning system. They also led Project Magnus, focusing on data-driven tactical planning.

Before joining FedEx, Wiepke worked at TNT Express Road Network as a Senior Project Manager Supply Chain Development from June 2014 to May 2019. And prior to that, they had various roles at TNT Express, including Process Engineer / Black Belt from April 2010 to May 2014, Customer Service Team Manager from May 2006 to April 2010, Manager Acerdesk from February 2005 to May 2006, and Customer Service Representative from June 2004 to February 2005.

Wiepke Dijkstra has a strong background in both strategic supply chain management and communication. Wiepke attended the TNT GO Academy / Tias Nimbas Business School from 2014 to 2016, where they earned a degree in Strategic Supply Chain Management. Prior to that, Wiepke attended Hanzehogeschool Groningen / Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen from 1999 to 2004, where they studied communication. In addition to their education, they have also obtained several certifications, including TQM facilitator from Blokss Training en consultancy in February 2015, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from TNT Express in February 2012, Young Managers in Action (YMA) from TNT/ Post NL in June 2009, and Trainee ship: Young Executive Program (YEP) from TNT / PostNL in May 2007.
