Erica Lee

Erica Lee has extensive experience in sales and customer service management, currently serving as the Director of Phone Sales and Retention at Trupanion since September 2012, where previous roles included Phone Sales Manager, Inbound Phone Sales Team Lead, Senior Retention Specialist, and Customer Care Representative in a high-volume call center. Prior to this, Erica was self-employed as an Au Pair from October 2008 to January 2018 and held the position of Operations Manager at Muttley Crew Cuts from January 2010 to September 2012. Additionally, Erica was the General Manager at Downtown Dog Lounge from October 2005 to September 2008. Erica Lee attended North Seattle College from 2006 to 2008.
