Jacquie Mero has extensive experience in the insurance and veterinary fields, currently serving as Head of Claims at Trupanion since December 2011, with previous roles including Director of Claims Support, Senior Manager of Claims Support, Claims Team Lead, and Claims Specialist. Prior to this, Jacquie worked as a Licensed Veterinary Technician at Cats Exclusive Veterinary Center from June 2008 to August 2012. Jacquie earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Portland between 2004 and 2008.
