Jason Salit

Jason Salit has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Jason is the Founder & CEO of Soundview Operations, Inc., a consulting firm that supports management teams and individuals on financial and operational needs. Jason also founded and serves as the CEO of Kratos Mortgage, Inc., a mortgage brokerage licensed in FL and TX.

Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Jason held executive positions in finance and banking. Jason was the Chief Financial Officer at TruPark | Asset Parking Management and Handshake Home Loans Inc. Jason also served as the Senior Vice President of Technology Banking at City National Bank and Vice President of Technology and Life Sciences Banking at Silicon Valley Bank.

Jason started their career at Ernst & Young as a Senior Associate in Audit.

Jason Salit has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin, which they completed from 2005 to 2009. Jason also holds a Master in Professional Accounting (MPA) degree in Financial Reporting & Assurance from the same university, which they obtained from 2009 to 2010.
